Fleck Zoltán, akinek a Tisza Párt rendezvényén tett kijelentései súlyosan veszélyeztetik Magyarország alkotmányos rendjét és társadalmi békéjét, nemcsak az ELTE ÁJK oktatója, hanem az MTA köztestületi tagja is. Ennek ellenére egyik intézmény sem érezte fontosnak, hogy fellépjen Fleck Zoltán vállalhatatlan mondatai ellen. Ezért a mai napon nyílt levélben fordultam a két intézmény vezetéséhez, hogy megkérdezzem, hogyan kívánnak fellépni az ügyben.

Zoltán Fleck, whose statements at the Tisza Party event seriously threaten the constitutional order and social peace of Hungary, is not only a professor at the Faculty of Law of ELTE, but also a member of the public body of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences. Despite this, neither of the institutions felt it important to take action against Zoltán Fleck’s unacceptable statements. Therefore, today I have written an open letter to the leadership of both institutions to ask them how they intend to act in this matter.
