🤝 Konstruktív, jó hangulatú megbeszélés Marija Pejčinović Burić asszonnyal, az Európa Tanács főtitkárával, akinek beszámoltam a magyar igazságszolgáltatással kapcsolatos vállalások teljesüléséről.

️Továbbá megerősítettem, hogy Magyarország szilárdan elkötelezett az Európa Tanács alapelvei mellett és felhívtam Főtitkár Asszony figyelmét arra, hogy szomorú módon az orosz-ukrán háború kitörése óta az Ukrajnában élő magyar kisebbség jogai tovább csorbultak.

️ Jelenleg az Európa Tanács szervezetén belül a Velencei Bizottság napirendjén van az ukrán kisebbségi törvény kérdése, amelyet folyamatosan követünk. Bízunk benne, hogy a Velencei Bizottság alaposan értékelni fogja a törvényt, ugyanis a nemzetközi normákkal összhangban mindenki köteles biztosítani a nemzeti kisebbségek jogait.

🤝 A constructive and pleasant meeting with Marija Pejčinović Burić, Secretary General of the Council of Europe, to whom I reported on the delivered Hungarian judicial commitments.

️ I also confirmed Hungary's firm commitment to the principles of the Council of Europe and drew the attention of the Secretary General to the fact that, sadly, the rights of the Hungarian minority in Ukraine have been further eroded since the outbreak of the Russia-Ukraine war.

️ Currently, the issue of the Ukrainian Law on National Minorities is on the agenda of the Venice Commission within the Council of Europe and we are following it closely. We are confident that the Venice Commission will thoroughly evaluate the law as, in accordance with international standards, everyone is obliged to ensure the rights of national minorities.
