️A Soros ex machina ismét belendült️

️ Irányított kérdésekkel machináló kamujelentéssel és listákkal próbálják már megint aláásni Magyarország hírnevét a baloldali véleménybuborék szervezetei.

️ A „függetlenobjektív” Riporterek Határok Nélkül által hétfőn közzétett lista Magyarországot úgy próbálja feltüntetni, mint ahol különösen drasztikus módon és kíméletlenül nyomják el a sajtószabadságot.

️ Az a szervezet teszi ezt, amely 2017-ben 200 ezer, 2019-ben pedig 175 ezer dollárt kapott Soros György alapítványától és amely az Európai Bizottság jogállamisági jelentésének elkészítésénél több, a Bizottság által megfogalmazott aggály és vád alátámasztásának egyedüli forrásaként szolgált.

Ezzel szemben mi a valóság
️ Látjuk, hogy az ellenünk intézett összehangolt támadások során figyelmen kívül hagyják, hogy Nyugat-Európában szinte teljesen elnyomják a konzervatív véleményeket.

️ Aggasztó továbbá az a tény is, mely szerint a németeknek csak 45%-a gondolja úgy, hogy szabadon elmondhatja a véleményét, míg Magyarországon az online és offline vélemények szabadsága mindenki számára garantált.

️ Az Európa Tanács volt az első nemzetközi szervezet, amely a 2011-ben elfogadott magyar Alaptörvényről szóló 1941 (2013) sz. határozatában kijelentette, hogy „az új magyar parlament a szabad és demokratikus Magyarország történetében először, demokratikus eljárás útján módosította az egypártrendszertől örökölt korábbi alkotmányt egy új és modern Alaptörvénnyé, a parlamentben folytatott intenzív viták után és a magyar civil társadalom közreműködésével.”

️ A magyar médiatevékenységek szabályozási környezete pedig a Bizottsággal együttműködésben került kialakításra.

Magyarország egyike azon kevés uniós tagállamnak, ahol a médiában és az ideológiai vitákban, valamint a közvéleményben is valódi pluralizmus érvényesül. Átfogó jogszabályi környezet biztosítja az újságírói és szerkesztői szabadságot.

️ A Riporterek Határok Nélkül listagyártói inkább amiatt aggódjanak, hogy a Politico nem hajlandó közölni egy demokratikusan megválasztott kormány igazságügyi miniszterének a véleménycikkét. Mert ez valóban aggasztó a sajtószabadság szempontjából…

️The Soros "ex machina" kicked in again️

️ The organisations of the left-wing opinion bubble are once again trying to undermine Hungary's reputation with false reports and lists by using directed questions.

️ The list published by the “independent and objective” Reporters Without Borders on Monday attempts to portray Hungary as a place where the freedom of the press is being oppressed in a particularly drastic and ruthless way.

️ This report is drafted by an organisation, which received $ 200,000 in 2017 and $ 175,000 in 2019 from the foundations of George Soros, and which acted as the only source for confirming several of the Commission's concerns and accusations while preparing the European Commission's rule of law report.

The reality, by contrast, is that:
️ During such coordinated attacks against us, the quasi-complete suppression of conservative views in Western Europe is simply ignored.

️ More worryingly only 45% of Germans think they can speak their mind freely, whereas in Hungary the freedom of expression is guaranteed for everyone both online and offline,

️ The Council of Europe was the first international organisation, which found in its resolution 1941 (2013) on the Hungarian Fundamental Law adopted in 2011 that "the new Hungarian Parliament, for the first time in the history of free and democratic Hungary, amended the former Constitution – inherited from the one-party system – into a new and modern Fundamental Law through a democratic procedure, after intensive debates in the parliament and with contributions from the Hungarian civil society."

️ The regulatory environment of Hungarian media activities was developed in cooperation with the Commission.

Hungary is one of the few Member States where genuine pluralism prevails both in the media and in ideological debates, as well as in the public opinion.

️Reporters Without Borders list-makers should be rather concerned about Politico’s refusal to publish an Op-ed of the Minister of Justice of a democratically elected government. For it is really worrying from a media freedom point of view…
